After removing the outdated bath fan. The opening was reused. An outline of the new Solatube Daylighting System frame is traced onto the ceiling allowing the technician to cut a precise opening.
Inside the attic. The Solatube Spectralight Infinity Tube and the bath fan vent hose are securely connected to the housing. Our electrician then wires the bath fan and the electric light into a junction box. With natural light from the sun, a powerful fan for ventilation, and an electric light connected to a switch, this Solatube Daylighting System has it all.
