In this video, one of our crews is in Woonsocket, R.I. installing insulation for walls in a typical post World War 2 ranch. The home has newer vinyl siding installed over existing wood shakes. Between the two layers of siding is a thin rigid foam board that acts as a drainage plane, which must be removed and reinstalled.
Exterior Wall Insulation
Watch as this experienced crew packs the exterior walls of this home with energy-saving cellulose insulation. They make the entire process look easy. When finished, the outside of this home will look no different than it did before.
On the inside, however, this happy homeowner can expect their home to be warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer, and quieter all year round.
